Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Omah Lay has revealed that he aspires to be an original version of himself in the music industry.
Omah Lay was recently a guest on Rubbin Minds show on Channels Television with media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu where he spoke about his career.
During the exclusive interview, Ebuka asked the budding artiste what he feels or thinks when people predict that he is likely to become the next Wizkid, Davido or Burna Boy.
In response, the Godly crooner said he does not aspire to become the next Starboy, OBO or Odogwu because he has chosen to be the original version of himself and not someone else.
In his words;
“I am Omah Lay I am nobody else, apart from Omah Lay, if I’m going to be anybody.. I cant sell what I don’t have. What I have is Omah Lay and that’s what I’m offering”.
